JCorp Bina Hospital Dan Rumah Di Sri Gading

 

Batu Pahat Johor Corporation (JCorp) through its subsidiary Johor Land Berhad will develop as many as 2,659 homes including low cost and simple in Sri Gading, near here, which is expected to be completed in 2019.

Development on an area of ​​95.05 hectares, which will be known as Taman Mutiara Gading also included the construction of KPJ Specialist Hospital at a cost of about RM95 million.

Menteri Besar Datuk Seri Mohamed Khaled Nordin, said the construction of two major projects it believed would spur economic development and the region, in addition to contributing to the new economic powers.

"In addition, the construction of high-speed trains will definitely be giving more economic gains to the local people as it will connect this area with Kuala Lumpur and Singapore.

"Development in Taman Mutiara Gading is featuring various basic facilities will give the landscape a fresh and dynamic," he told reporters after launching the project here today.

Also present were the Speaker of the Legislative Assembly (DUN), Tan Sri Mohamed Aziz; Sri Gading MP Datuk Ab Aziz Kaprawi and Chairman of Housing and Local Government Minister Datuk Abdul Latif Bandi.

Projects involving housing prices start from RM42,000 to RM150,000 that includes 119 shops, two commercial lots and 211 houses under Community Housing Corporation (PKI).

Mohamed Khaled said KPJ Specialist Hospital building will house 240 beds to meet the health needs in the area that still requires at least 461 patient beds in 2018.

"The growth of the total population in Batu Pahat up to about half a million in the next four years will also increase the demand for treatment centers.

"Although Batu Pahat already has facilities and private hospitals, but it is still insufficient due to the increase in population in the future.

"With this specialist hospital, it can help improve treatment facilities to the patients as well as provide additional good choice for the local community.
