The Objective of the Unit Osc

  • Coordinate and expedite the approval process for land development in PTG and PBT which includes applications for planning permission, building plan and other plans.
  • Shorten the time and facilitate the process of application for planning permission, building plan and certificate of land development application for Build Then Sell (BTS) concept, High Impact and Foreign
  • Investment and Government Projects within four (4) months and under the concept Sell Then build (JKB) within six (6) months.
  • Harmonize procedures and process applications for planning permissions, building plans and land development application, taking into account the provisions under the National Land Code 1965 (Act 172) and the Street, Drainage and Building Act 1974 (Act 133).

Unit Functions Osc

 

  • Responsible for receiving, reviewing, signing and distributing application development proposal by the One Stop Centre (OSC).
  • Responsible for coordination of the OSC Committee Meeting and the results of the OSC Committee Meeting.
  • Responsible for monitoring the production process of the CCC.
  • Duties through guidance from time to time.
